Introduction
Ever wondered how to remove the "(Powered by Invision Power Board)" on the title bar of your browser window? Its a commonly asked question, and IPS do not mind if its removed or let in. The only copyright you cant remove (without paying for it) is the one at the footer (bottom) of all the board pages - as im sure you know already! This article will explain how to do this for IPB 2.
Open boards.php
Find:

Replace with:
