Steps

• Step 1: Install Invision Power Board
• Step 2: Install MediaWiki
• Step 3: Install IpbWiki Core
• Step 4: Install IpbWiki Interface

If you already have Invision Power Board and MediaWiki installed you can go to step 3 immediately.
