Does anyone know of any way to convert from a DokuWiki to a MediaWiki.
I did something rather embarassing  I found IPBWiki, got very excited about the prospect of tying my forum into my wiki, only to remember later that I actually don't have MediaWiki but instead DokuWiki.*waits for laughter to stop* So, do any of you have experience in converting from dokuwiki to mediawiki, because I have a few tutorials etc which I would love to keep instead of manually copying and pasting over to mediawiki. Thanks in advance (except to those who are still laughing at me) OJB |

never mind, i just installed and manually copied over every tutorial and changed the syntax by hand
complete pain in the .... but alls working fine now

I think that with this tool you could do it: http://search.cpan.org/~diberri/HTML-WikiC...ikiConverter.pm (it says it supports dokuwiki and mediawiki, one may have to do a step in between to save the dokuwiki page to html first before converting it to MediaWiki syntax) |
